SEARS HOUSE

Reflecting the rich local history, the simple yet elegant design respects the original architectural foundation. A Sears house, built in 1914 by President Atherton for his daughter Helen Atherton Grovier the home is a landmark in State College PA. Adding quirky, warm elements and functional design has evolved the space into an ideal modern family home.
